1. All Sales Are Strictly Final
Wantedmarkets delivers non-tangible, irrevocable digital software archives (.ZIP) containing uncompiled source code (Liquid, JSON, CSS, JavaScript). Because digital source code is delivered instantly upon payment and cannot be physically returned, surrendered, or un-downloaded once accessed, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Once an order is confirmed and the digital file access is generated, the purchase cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Statutory Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m))
In strict accordance with Article 16(m) of European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, national legislation across all EU Member States (including Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code), the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37(1)), and international digital commerce standards:
"The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal."
By completing checkout and authorizing payment via Stripe, the Customer expressly requests immediate execution and delivery of the digital goods, and acknowledges, agrees, and confirms that they fully and irrevocably waive any statutory 14-day cooling-off or withdrawal period.
3. Zero Returns, Zero Exchanges, Zero Swapping
Wantedmarkets does not provide product exchanges, theme swaps, store credits, or return authorizations under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for reviewing official live previews, feature specifications, and documentation prior to completing their purchase.
Selecting the wrong theme, changing your mind, lack of technical knowledge, or deciding not to use a theme does not constitute grounds for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
4. Stripe Compliance & Protection Against Chargeback Abuse
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for a delivered digital product constitutes a material violation of these Terms and digital fraud.
Wantedmarkets logs all digital transactions with cryptographic timestamps, IP addresses, User-Agent records, and Stripe delivery confirmations. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or friendly-fraud attempt:
- All associated commercial licenses are immediately revoked and terminated.
- Comprehensive audit proof will be submitted directly to Stripe, card networks, and financial institutions to dispute and reverse the claim.
- Abusive accounts will be permanently blacklisted across our network and reported to global merchant fraud prevention databases.
5. Accidental Duplicate Order Exception
The sole and strictly limited exception to this policy occurs in the verified event of an accidental duplicate transaction—where a customer is billed multiple times for the exact same order within minutes due to a network glitch or accidental double-click at checkout.
In such verified cases, the duplicate billing will be promptly canceled and refunded back to the original Stripe payment card upon request to support@wantedmarkets.com within 48 hours of purchase.
