1. Grant of Universal Commercial License
This Commercial Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between the purchaser (individual store owner, freelance developer, or digital agency) and Cresfield Capital LLC. Upon successful completion of your order, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual commercial license to use, install, execute, and modify the downloaded digital theme software archive.
There are zero recurring monthly platform fees, zero seat charges, and zero gross revenue percentage deductions. Once acquired, your commercial license remains valid in perpetuity.
2. Full Liquid, JSON & Asset Customization
The Licensee is explicitly granted unrestricted authorization to inspect, edit, refactor, and customize all architectural files contained within the theme archive, including:
- Liquid templates and section files (
sections/*.liquid,snippets/*.liquid). - Theme JSON configuration schemas (
config/settings_schema.json,config/settings_data.json). - Stylesheets, animations, and scripts (
assets/*.css,assets/*.js). - Removal, customization, or replacement of any default typography, color schemes, layouts, and branding assets.
3. Client Store Delivery & Agency Work
Freelance developers, designers, and e-commerce agencies are authorized to customize and deploy the theme architecture onto client Shopify stores. You may deliver the completed, customized store to your client and transfer operational administrative access without requiring your client to purchase an additional license.
White-label client handoffs are fully permitted. No attribution or backlink to Wantedmarkets is required on the finished store.
4. License Restrictions
While you hold broad commercial rights to operate live stores and build client projects, the following restrictions apply strictly:
- You may not repackage, re-license, distribute, sub-license, or resell the raw, uncompiled .ZIP theme archive as a standalone stock item or template on competing marketplaces (including Envato, ThemeForest, Creative Market, or Etsy).
- You may not publicly host the raw uncompiled archive files on open-access repositories or public file-sharing networks.
5. Non-Copyrightable Systems & Title 17 U.S. Code § 102(b)
In compliance with Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 102(b), copyright protection does not extend to functional layouts, grid systems, navigation patterns, or methods of operation. Theme identifiers cited within the Wantedmarkets catalog constitute nominal fair use strictly to communicate compatibility with the Shopify Online Store 2.0 rendering engine.
